CNC Operator

Location: Washington 
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday
• Night Shift: 16:00 - 02:00, Monday - Thursday

Pay Rates:

• Lead CNC Operator: £14.30 per hour (day shift), £17.19 per hour (night shift)
• Press Operator: £13.00 per hour (day shift), £15.60 per hour (night shift)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated and skilled CNC Operators to join our team in both Lead and Operator roles! Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Press Operator, preferably with a CNC press. We also welcome applicants with general CNC machinery or fabrication experience, as we provide in-house training for those eager to learn.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Press Operator on CNC machinery (preferred)
• Experience with CNC machinery or fabrication
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work effectively in a team
