Job Description:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and efficiency. You will be responsible for the design and validation of electrical panels and control systems for medical purifiers, manifolds, and vacuum systems.

Additionally, you will support continuous product improvement and re-engineering efforts while ensuring compliance with mandatory legislation.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, quality, and supply chain, to develop market-leading products that meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and validating electrical panels and control systems.
  • Selecting and integrating pressure and temperature sensors and switches.
  • Maintaining and continuously improving existing electrical control systems.
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
  • Ensuring product compliance with EMC and low voltage safety regulations.
  • Identifying and implementing cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical problem-solving.
     

Skills & Experience:
To be successful as an Electrical Design Engineer, you will ideally have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an electrical design role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly for circuit diagram design (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Experience in technical report writing and documentation.
