About the Position for Electrical Design Engineer
H & B Recruitment are working with a well know client who is Northeast based looking for a Design Engineer Electrical 3 years experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical Design Engineer
- Design and validation of electrical panels and control systems for purifiers, manifold and vacuum system.
- Selection of pressure and temperature sensors and switches.
- The maintenance and continuous improvement of existing product with electrical control systems.
- To participate in projects when required, providing competent Engineering support on electrical.
- The production and maintenance of technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOM,
- technical files, design calculations, technical specifications, test data, etc.
- Continuous interrogation of product and components to identify and implement cost savings and
- Product approvals and all mandatory legislation compliance, such as EMC and low voltage safety.
Electrical Design Engineer
Professional Requirements: Electrical Design Engineer
- As an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, you will be technically strong and will ideally have a
- relevant bachelor's degree (with an Electrical bias)
- At least 3 years in similar Engineering design role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong abilities in, detail design and problem-solving techniques
- Strong CAD background and being able to populate the circuit diagram with AutoCAD.
- Proficient MS Office User (particularly Word, Excel and MS Project)
- Experienced in technical report writing, such as technical specifications and verification report.
- Ability to communicate and deliver technical information at all levels, both internally and supplier facing.
