The Recruitment Co are looking to recruit Soft Drink Dispense Field Technician on a permanent basis on behalf of a client based in the Washington area.Our client is North East of England's leading suppliers of dispensed soft drinks, supplying the highest quality post mix syrups and up to date dispense system installations. Providing outstanding customer service and technical support we ensure a first class response to our customer's needs.The role itself is to

  • Install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment in a variety of businesses across our region to company specification wherever the business needs it.
  • Providing quality technical services
  • Deliver an excellent first impression to our customers upon entering their business

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required1. You will have a practical approach to work ideally with experience in a technical or engineering role.2. You ideally will have a background in diagnostic repairs on electrical and/ or mechanical equipment3. Industry experience would also help and may reduce training time needed although comprehensive training will be given for those new to the industry.4. You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service, speaking with customers directly to organise proactive servicing and general account management as well as resolving reactive maintenance issues, attending site where required5. You will be flexible and able to work independently.6. Working closely with and supporting other members of the team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.7. You will be required to be proactive as well as reactive in situations, as well as having the confidence to suggest improvements and efficiencies.Your enthusiasm for our products and everything else that we have to offer will be a driving factor to your success in the role. You'll have a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real satisfaction out of helping our customers.Essentials
