Zenith People are looking to recruit an experienced Master Data Scheduler. The role involves, working within the Production Control & Logistics team interpreting customer demand and reflecting these requirements in the MRP system and production plans. Monitoring data transfers between SAP and external systems resolving issues while ensure operational compliance with Master Data change requests. Reviewing Bill of Materials, routings & costings working closely with various teams including Finance, Operations, Purchasing and Commercial to ensure best practice is followed.

Responsibilities:

· Analise the customer EDI short term/long term requirements, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.

· Master data accuracy is reviewed daily and maintained in a timely manner.

· Daily Analysis of SAP transactions (actual V’s SAP) for both raw materials & finished goods correcting wrongly made declarations to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.

· Optimize data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in SAP.

· Schedule the customer weekly after sales requirement and delivery using RAN.

· Prepare the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) to obtain volume levels and optimize resources (machines, materials and supplier capacity).

· Prepare the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer demand.

· Provide support for SAP data maintenance requirements/SAP master data reviews.

· Daily SAP data analysis to ensure errors are identified and resolved to maintain the self-billing process.

  • Manage the inventory cycle count process and any line study analysis as required.
  • Complete all the inventory investigations necessary after cycle counting, supporting the standard SAP process of cycle counting.
  • Coordinate the flow of returnable packaging to and from suppliers in line with customs regulations.

· Support the annual/monthly stock take.

· Ad Hoc responsibilities as required.

Job Specification:

· Educated to a degree level and ideally possess a business-related qualification and or be a member of the Institute of Operations Management.

· With a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role the role holder will have hands-on experience of scheduling raw materials in a manufacturing environment and possess a working knowledge of SAP systems.

· Experience of working in a fast-paced automotive organisation.
