The Hours You’ll Work

  • Monday - Thursday (06:00 am - 14:15 pm) / Friday (06:00 am - 12:30pm)
  • Monday - Thursday (14:00 pm - 22:30 pm) / Friday (12:15 pm - 17:45 pm)

You must be able to work both shift rotations, as the rotations are on a fortnightly basis

  • MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Washington area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Following company standard operation procedures and following in depth paperwork, which will provide visual information of how to assemble the products
  • Based in a clean room environment which will include wearing all associate PPE, including gloves, lab coats and hairnets
  • You will be rotated within the manufacturing facilities during a full training program
  • Expected to complete visual quality inspections on all built products
  • Hand assembly of components, including twisting and manipulation of plastics to ensure correct fit
  • Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.

About You;

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment would be advantageous
  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Must be able to attend inductions and interviews on site prior to acceptance and start of jobs.
  • Must be comfortable working on a three month probation period followed by a permanent contract
