Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Hard FM Manager to join a world leading facilities management company, based at their client's site in Washington to oversea the operations and smooth running of the Hard Services.

  • Salary: £45,000, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Full time, 40hrs
  • Benefits: Flexible working environment, access to training programmes, Max 10% performance bonus


What you'll do:

  • Manage the delivery of services to meet agreed specifications and service standards, both qualitatively and financially
  • Coordinate and direct activities across all service lines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective stock and asset control
  • Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high standards of service delivery

  • Strong background in Technical and Hard Services.
