Our client based in Tyne & Wear are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Job description:

Working on small precision assemblies.
Documentation of assemblies.
Installation within client sites when required.
Cutting metal to specific measurements and re assembling to create bespoke products.
Laying magnetic tape.
Working with drills, cutting and grinding machinery.

Person specification:

Must be a time served Mechanical Fitter.
Valid CSCS is desirable but not essential.
Must be able to work from Schematic drawings.
Good manual dexterity.
Must have a full UK driving license and own transport.

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8.00am to 16.15pm
Friday 8.00am - 14.00pm
Overtime may be available.
