The working hours are Monday to Friday on a 3-shift rotation, with pay rates of £11.44 for daytime hours and £14.30 for nighttime hours.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience to be considered for this position.

Major Recruitment are searching for a Quality Inspector for our client based near Washington. This vacancy is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:

Checking welds on exhaust systems for defects
Checking correct labels are placed on correct products
Filling out relevant paperwork
Working towards targets and KPI's

Hour of work and pay rate:

Monday to Friday on a 3-shift rotation - Mornings, Lates and Nights
07:00am till 15:00pm, 15:00pm till 23:00pm, 23:00pm till 07:00am
Any hours worked between 6am and 6pm - 11.44, any hours worked between 6pm and 6am - 14.30. Additional premiums available on the weekend.

Successful candidates must:

Have a great eye for detail
Be computer literate
Be reliable and punctual
Be physically fit as the job role requires pulling, pushing and lifting of parts as well as going up and down stairs throughout the shift
