Job Summary and Main Duties:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting a range of clients in their day-to-day recruitment operations. The key part of the role is to ensure all important recruitment information and data is accurately recorded on an in-house and bespoke software system. You will have a keen eye for detail, so all records are checked and there is 100% accuracy. You will administer the system, so all new starters are entered, and all leavers are also updated.

  • You will help support setting up new starters.
  • Ensure all of their compliance items are checked and are accurate.
  • Provide vital administration and data entry support to the recruitment teams.
  • Help support any worker queries and information.

Experience Required.

  • You will have previous strong administration and data entry skills.
  • You must have worked on a computer system to input information and have been highly quality conscious for complete accuracy.
  • A background working in a customer service type role would be highly advantageous.
  • You will be a very strong team player and have very strong communication skills.
  • A very strong desire to work in the recruitment industry is essential. The environment is very fast-moving, target-driven, and client-focused.   • You must be able to work at times with minimal supervision and understand and appreciate how important your role is, especially when you are performing a range of repetitive tasks.
