Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, while contributing to the team's overall revenue goals.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of service.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, managing key accounts to ensure exceptional service, and maximizing spend potential for each client.
Gain a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, ensuring the companys solutions align with their goals.
Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts, focusing on increasing revenue from current clients.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients and use insights to enhance service delivery.
Take full responsibility for jobs through production, resolving any issues promptly, including making site visits if necessary to protect and strengthen client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
Hold regular meetings and calls with clients to review performance, address concerns, and explore new revenue opportunities.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Provide mentorship and support to junior account managers and team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.
Enhance marketing efforts by maintaining a professional presence on LinkedIn to boost the companys profile.
Proven experience in account management
Solid understanding of account management, sales strategies, and customer service practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client-focused mindset with a dedication to providing top-notch service
Proficiency in 3D CAD software and other business tools (training will be provided if needed)
Knowledge of the engineering industry
Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent networking abilities and a talent for building strong relationships
Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus
Salary: £30,000 per annum, based on experience +Bonus.
Bonus: End-of-year performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
