E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a forward thinking construction business based in the Washington Area who due to growth, are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant.
You will be tasked with providing day to day support to the Finance Manager on a variety of transactional responsibilities. Duties will include:
- Day to day financial transactions and record keeping
- Purchase and Sales Ledger processing
- Process small payroll (inc pensions)
- Process invoices, expenses and payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Queries (phone and email)
To be successful in securing this role you must be able to demonstrate previous, relevant experience, particularly in the accounts payable process.
Ideally, you will have used at least one of the following systems; Xero, Sage and Dect and be comfortable using MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookups).
Please note this is a permanent, full time role and there is no remote working available.
