Industrious Recruitment is seeking a floor manager role to join the team in a leading provider of motor parts.

We are looking for an experienced dynamic leader with a passion for the motor trade, a proactive floor manager to oversee and optimise daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Must have fleet experience

Maintain exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

Knowledge in health & safety regulations, and industry standards.

Managing the shopfloor & drivers’ teams

Proven experience in a supervisory role, within the motor trade industry would be an advantage.

Inventories & replenishing stock on the shop floor.

Knowledge of motor trade processes, including sales and service operations.
