Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a new team to create an engaging and customer-focused store environment

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team provides expert advice on outdoor products

  • Drive store performance through effective leadership, commercial awareness, and operational excellence

  • Manage key retail KPIs including P&L, stock control, and audit procedures

  • Ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked to meet customer demand

  • Build a strong, motivated team through coaching, development, and a people-first leadership approach

  • Report to the Area Manager on sales performance, operational success, and team development

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor

  • A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for outdoor products

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing retail teams

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive retail sales and maximise store performance

  • Experience with managing KPIs, P&L, and operational procedures

  • Fashion or outdoor retail experience is a plus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone with strong people management skills and a customer-first approach
