- Plumber- wet plumbing, toilets, taps, sinks, showers, baths, wetrooms, pipework, all hot and cold water systems
- Maintenance & repair work- generally responsive repairs so fixing breakdowns and leaks
- Social Housing
- Occupied properties
- Van and fuel card provided (van to take home but just for work use)
- 40 hours per week- 8-4:30 Monday to Friday
- Using a tablet to complete jobs
- Paid at an hourly rate which is in line with a 39k salary.
- Job is initially set for 6 months but has strong potential for extension or permanent work in the longer term.
- Must have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
