We are delighted to represent a thriving business in Waterlooville who recruit for a full time ADMINISTRATOR to join their vibrant and busy team on a permanent basis.This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
Salary £25,000-£35,000 (DOE)Employee benefits and parking available
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative duties
- Assist the Directors with their workload
- Respond to email enquires
- Resolve issues and complaints
- Liaise with colleagues, 3rd parties over the phone and email
- Monitor contracts
- Ensure project paperwork updated
- Create project schedules
- Administration support for construction operations and projects
- Must be able to communicate clearly with a variety of construction professionals
- Keeping records updates with project costs
- Maintaining client communication
- Monitoring contracts and paperwork
- Preparing project estimates
- Processing billing and payments
