We are delighted to represent a thriving business in Waterlooville who recruit for a full time ADMINISTRATOR to join their vibrant and busy team on a permanent basis.This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 8-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative duties
  • Assist the Directors with their workload
  • Respond to email enquires
  • Resolve issues and complaints
  • Liaise with colleagues, 3rd parties over the phone and email
  • Monitor contracts
  • Ensure project paperwork updated
  • Create project schedules
  • Administration support for construction operations and projects
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with a variety of construction professionals
  • Keeping records updates with project costs
  • Maintaining client communication
  • Monitoring contracts and paperwork
  • Preparing project estimates
  • Processing billing and payments
