We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Waterlooville. They are well respected in their field and are a really friendly and supportive team. Previous customer and administration experience will be an advantage however not necessary.

This a Hybrid role with an option of working from home for 3 days.

Administrator - The role

• Assist in the development and administration of health and safety policies across the company's depots.• Support the implementation of health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety records, including incident reports, risk assessments, and audit documentation.• Liaise with other teams to ensure health and safety procedures are being followed and assist in promoting a safety-first culture.• Participate in accident investigations and help implement corrective actions where needed.• Schedule and help prepare health and safety meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.• Provide administrative support for health and safety audits, including ISO and other industry standards.• Assist in compiling reports and data for senior management on health and safety performance.Administrator - The ideal candidate

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.• Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with managing records and documentation.• A proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement.• A methodical and organised approach to tasks.• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve safety standards.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Eagerness to develop in the field of health and safety.
