Our client, a specialist in bespoke products, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join the existing team.

Working within the Project Delivery Team, you will support the Project Managers team in managing administrative tasks related to field projects, tracking projects and working with customer’s support.

You will be required to support with the movement of customer equipment when in office so must be physically fit and to move boxes in a safe manner

Duties include..

  • Preparing site documentation for works to take place including Risk Assessments, Access Arrangement, Permits to Work, etc
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders
  • Prepare completion of works reports
  • Prepare and submit customer documentation
  • Assist in the production of monthly customer management reports
  • Arrange equipment and stock for Field Engineers
  • Movement of some of the customer equipment within the office

Knowledge and skills required..

  • Previous Project Support experience is desirable
  • Positive attitude each day - always happy to help
  • Have excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Have the ability to deal with internal and external customers anytime, anywhere
  • Be a good planner and organiser
  • Always happy to help
  • Be able to use the Office 365 Suite of Programmes

Working Hours

  • 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
  • (30 min lunch break)

Payrate

  • £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
