CMA is partnering with a global market leading business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and gain valuable accounts receivable experience.  Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be required to travel to the office 1 day a week. What will the Accounts Receivable role involve?

  • Setting up payment plans and gaining authorisation from relevant managers.
  • Ensure all transactions have been authorised prior to being processed.
  • Updating payment terms.
  • Ensuring all processing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable role:

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role.
  • Confident speaking to people on the phone.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly.
