Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a newly established restaurant located on one of Hampshire's finest vineyards. We are assisting them with their search for a Sous chef.

Our client is an award-winning vineyard located in the south of the UK, renowned for its exceptional English sparkling wine.

The newly built restaurant offers a variety of food and drink options, private hire events, and wine experiences for the public. It can accommodate up to 45 covers, with two private dining areas providing an additional 20 seats.

The role involves working 4.5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, with Sunday nights off, totaling 50 hours per week. During the off-season, this is reduced to 3.5 days per week.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
