Commercial Manager Job Overview
- Managing and overseeing all cost and contractual aspects of projects.?
- Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.?
- Monitoring profitability, cost/value reconciliation (CVRs), applications, and budget adherence.?
- Effective communication and liaison with project teams, suppliers, and clients.?
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.?
Commercial Manager Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry.?
- Strong understanding of materials, costs, contracts, and commercial risk management.?
- Proficiency in relevant industry software.?
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.?
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to profitability.?
- Must be able to commute to the office and sites comfortably
