Panel Wirer

Our client based in the Waterlooville area are looking to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer, assembling control panels to bespoke wiring schematics and drawings. There is the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Hours:

• 7.30am – 4pm Mon to Thurs and an early finish on Friday’s

Duties:

• Fit, wire, build and assemble power control cabinets
• You must be able to understand electrical drawings
• Previous use and experience with hand tools
• Fit electrical components and electrical wiring working from schematics and drawings
• Minor Soldering
• Installations of large electrical control cabinets
• Working to schematic drawings
• Dealing with high and low volume wiring assemblies
• Fault finding and repair
• Producing looms.
• Installation and testing of electrical panels and cable assemblies
• Maintaining of technical records

Experience:

• Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English
• Excellent attendance levels and attitude
• Attention to detail
• Control panel experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
