We are looking for an Administrator for our client based in their Waterlooville office. It is an admin based role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a team processing large volumes of paperwork. It is working for a company who is a market leader in their industry and they work to very high standards. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of teams within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation. This company really care about what they do and provide an excellent service to customers. This role is initially 3 month temp contract, with a goal to continue for 9 months.

The Role

This is a role where you will work within a team to ensure that all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy. You will communicate with a number of people and will be responsible for a range of administrative duties such as setting meeting dates, sending out invites, answering queries and creating/ sending letters.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong administration and co-ordination skills will be required. Previous experience in an administrative role would be an advantage. You will need to be organised, confident dealing with a wide range of people, self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail. Strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to work are all essential. This is a temporary role so you need to be able to start with less than 1 weeks’ notice.
