I am looking for Bank Personal Assistants to join my wonderful team, supporting me in my house in Waterlooville. All successful applicants will need to pass Enhanced DBS screening. (Due to the intimate nature of some aspects of this role, this position is exempt from sex discrimination legislation, so that only Females should apply. This post is exempt from discrimination due to Occupational Need Act.)
For my Bank Personal Assistants, I have a variety of Shifts available to cover 24 hours per day, to include Days, Waking Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays, both on a monthly rota and at short notice, on an as and when required basis.
I am a lively, outgoing female with Quadriplegic Athetoid Cerebral Palsy, with a speech impediment and am a full-time powered wheelchair user.I require assistance with all aspects of personal care, some domestic tasks to maintain my home and the ability to drive my large Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, to enable me to lead a full, active life.
This will include supporting me participation in the Paralympic sport of Boccia, as I represent my country and this is one of my passions in life. I am also a social animal who likes going out on the town, seeing shows such as musicals, cinema, concerts, shopping and going to bars to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. Applicants must be willing to undertake DBS check or have current DBS in place and be willing to work flexibly, have a sense of humour and 'can do’ attitude essential!
Rates of pay - weekdays £13.00 per hour, weekends £14.00 per hour.
The ideal applicant would be a non-smoker, must be pet friendly.
Previous experience not essential as Client centred training will be given.
