Salary: Ā£14.52 Per Hour + Excellent Overtime enhacnmentsĀ

Hours: 38.5 Hours - Nights Available!

HCR is seeking a Senior Carer to join a reputable home situated in a picturesque village, assisting with the care team and providing fantastic person-centred care for residents with neurological and complex needs.

The ideal Senior Carer will have experience working with challenging behaviors and must ideally have a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or working towards this. This is an excellent opportunity for the Senior Carer to collaborate with a well-established provider, with their home rated ā€œGoodā€ with CQC in all areas!

Senior Carer Duties:

  • Keep care plans updated for each resident & ensure care plans are filled out to a high standard by the team.
  • To make sure the resident's well-being and person-centeredĀ care are to a high-quality standard.
  • Keeping in line and up to date with the home policies and procedures

Senior Carer Requirements:

  • The Senior Carer must have an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care orĀ be working towards it
  • Must be competent in electronic care planningĀ 
  • Empathetic, sympathetic, and respectful towards all residents and staff members
  • Must have at least one year in a Senior Carer role
  • Ideally have experience in complex care and challenging behaviours
