Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to make a real impact in a dynamic IT support team who have gone from strength to strength over the past 20 years?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced IT support team, where you'll be the first point of contact for all customer incidents. You'll perform initial diagnosis, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide first-time fixes, with opportunities to grow your skills while contributing to the success of the team.

In this role, you'll handle incoming customer tickets, manage phone calls and emails, implement first-time fixes, and escalate more complex issues following established procedures with occasional on call working. You'll work with both Microsoft and Apple systems, ensuring user productivity and system performance, all while keeping clients informed throughout the resolution process.

This role would suit an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with experience in helpdesk support, a passion for solving technical problems, and strong communication skills.

The Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported technical issues
  • Perform initial diagnosis, troubleshoot system issues, and prioritize incidents
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate critical issues when needed

The Person:

  • Experience in helpdesk support, focusing on Microsoft 365.
