On offer is an exciting opportunity with a Waterlooville based MSP that value their employees progression and regularly offer training and development. As a Microsoft Partner this business enables successful candidates to achieve their Microsoft Azure Certifications to enable the ongoing success of the business.
In this role you will support a range of different businesses with any IT issues raised above the 1st line, occasionally taking one of the company vans when needed for on site issues. This company offer a hybrid model with 3 days a week working from the office and 2 days at home.
The ideal IT Support Engineer will have experience working in an MSP in a 2nd Line position or have experience as a 1st Line IT Support Engineer and be looking to take a step up in their career.
THE ROLE:
- Deliver IT Support to a wide range of businesses.
- Support companies using Cloud Services tools and travel to site when needed.
- Take on training and progress in a fast paced environment.
THE PERSON:
- Experience in an MSP.
- Keen to progress their career in a successful business.
- Local to Waterlooville.
