Description
- Develop and lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other industry standards.
- Drive cultural transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, embedding quality principles across all levels.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
- Utilise data analysis to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
- Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma certification.
Desirable
- Experience in bespoke, engineer-to-order manufacturing or construction.
- ERP system implementation experience.
