Key Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established company in Waterlooville.
The role involves supervising the warehouse team, route planning, managing yard operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
Candidates must have previous supervisory experience and forklift experience, with a logistics background preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary, a good work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours, and various benefits including holiday, pension, and the option to become a shareholder after 6 months.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.

Key Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well established company based in Waterlooville.

Main duties will include:

Supervising and motivating the warehouse and driving team, including all Warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics functions
Route planning
Providing clear leadership to team members
Managing inbound/outbound yard and ensuring vehicles are unloaded and loaded safely
Assist with the day-to-day use of the Warehouse Management System
Assist with any fleet issues with may occur.
Ensuring compliance with company health and safety requirements at a floor level

Key Skills:

Previous Supervisor experience is essential
Forklift experience is essential
Experience in a logistics background is preferred
