Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge in procurement? We are currently seeking a dedicated?Procurement Administrator?to join our dynamic team in Waterlooville. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales administration team, supporting them in purchasing activities and providing necessary estimates for new jobs.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets related to procurement and sales administration, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to anticipate procurement needs.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Support the sales team by providing timely information on product availability and pricing to facilitate the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in procurement or sales administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining spreadsheets and analysing data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
