What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service-related role.

Proven ability to meet targets, ideally set by a current or previous manager/director.

Experience in managing people is a plus.

The Package:

Competitive base salary: £20,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience).

Earn between £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year

Lucrative commission structure – up to 30% based on billings
