Restaurant Manager 40,000 to 43,000

OUI Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of our new 64-cover restaurant within a stunning new barn building. This is an exciting opportunity to create an exceptional dining experience that reflects the commitment to culinary excellence and love for wine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs to develop and maintain a menu that showcases the best of local produce and enhances our wine offerings. Ensure that the culinary team adheres to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring they receive top-notch service from the moment they arrive. Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Promote our wine selection and foster a culture of wine appreciation among staff and guests. Provide wine pairing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage reservations, table settings, and overall dining flow to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and develop special events or wine-tasting sessions that attract guests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including food and wine pairings.
