Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Account Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to manage existing customer relationships, taking orders, making product recommendations and processing payments. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of £22,368 P/A, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission potential, 22 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off, product discounts, team events and 'away days', plus more!

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Head of Sales your responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after a portfolio of customer accounts, responding to enquiries, answering questions and offering general day-to-day support
  • Taking customer orders over the phone and via email and processing payments,
  • Working to monthly department targets and maximising customer sales wherever possible.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will ideally have some experience working in an office environment, ideally within customer services or sales.
  • Must have great communication skills, a positive personality and a confident telephone manner. 
  • You will also need to a team player, who works well in a busy office environment and you will need good computer literacy capabilities.
