Info about what the role entails
In this role you will cultivate strategic relationships with the business’ key OEMs and key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction whilst seeking ways to improve profit, market share and reputation. You will ensure that the agreed annual profit budget and budgeted gross margin are exceeded. The role will include travel in the UK and internationally.
Some other responsibilities could include:
- Ensuring all reports, plans, forecasts and administrative requirements are completed accurately.
- Develop a sales strategy to grow business with key accounts and OEMs
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Management to ensure maximised opportunities with existing and new products.
Requirements of the Account Manager
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- International experience, experience working with different cultures
- Strong communication skills, someone proven is ensuring customer satisfaction.
