About the job:
This is a role for someone who has a strong background in account management and will be inheriting around 50 clients, and a database of strong qualified leads. You will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This isnt about just selling a product but delivering the aftercare and retaining the continued business.
Responsibilities:
This isnt a high-tech fancy workplace with iPads that make you coffee, or where food trucks come in and deliver you gold lined Macaroons from the posh French patisserie, and you get your shoes polished - this is a real team of people that care about each other, that work smart to deliver the best service to their existing clients.

- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
