GSL Education are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for a school based in Waterlooville This is a lovely special school for children aged 11-16 who experience social, emotional and behavior difficulties. This role is for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience in a school environment or working closely with various SEN needs.

This Role includes,

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and ensuring student’s understanding.
Provide One-on-One Support.
Help with personal care if needed.
Assist students with mobility issues, ensuring they can use classrooms and facilities.

Contribute to student’s progress discussions.

Requirements:

Valid up to date DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
Previous experience in SEN schools is ideal.
Organized and efficient.
Influential and drive.
Have the right to work in UK
Adequate References.
Strong knowledge and understanding about safeguarding.

Hourly rate - £12.42 to £14.72
