We are pleased to be working with our client who is looking for a qualified Accounts Technician based in Watford.
Summary of the Accounts Technician role
Salary:Â Competitive
Location: Watford - minimum 3 days in the office
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities of the Accounts Technician
- Prepare accounts and VAT returns for various clients including Sole Traders and Partnerships.
- Prepare personal and corporation tax returns.
- Client management accounting.
- Data entry.
- Processing journals and finalising accounts.
Requirements for a successful Accounts Technician
- AAT Level 4 qualified or part qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Accounts experience within a practice environment previously is essential.
- VAT experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
