The dynamic, forward thinking Finance Director who has vast experience and a track record of developing talent, is in the process of bringing together a team that will further help the business achieve these goals.
Like most new opportunities, you will need to have the right mind-set. This will mean being prepared to take on additional responsibility, being prepared to be 'hands-on’ when necessary and wanting to work towards a common goal.
If you can also communicate effectively and you have an analytical approach, you will be set up to succeed and grow within this environment.
