The hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This role is paying 40k per annum and offers hybrid working (Wednesday and Friday from home) with free parking. Please note you need to drive due to company location.
Duties will include:
- Daily and monthly bank/balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of statutory accounts and audit schedules
- Dealing with finance admin duties such as scanning documentation, payments, invoices, receipt inputting and VAT accounting
- Producing financial statements including profit and loss accounts, monthly management accounts, and management fees
- Preparation and reconciliation of fixed asset registers
- Supporting with monthly payroll
- Have worked in a similar position
- Experience completing European VAT returns and payroll preparation and processing
- Own transport due to company location
