Our client a boutique firm of accountants require an experienced candidate, used to working with multiple clients and ever changing workload to join their team. you will be providing bookkeeping and management accounts for SME clients.
The role is office based, but hours are flexible.
You will have solid experience working in a UK firm of accountants, working with multiple clients, and using cloud based software (XERO) - part time considered.
Transactional postings, journals, bank reconciliations and full management account reviews
CIS & VAT submissions
Running end to end payroll process
Completion of accounts
Completion of corporation tax returns
Completion of vat returns
Monthly/quarterly bookkeeping
Company secretarial
You should have several years book keeping experience in a UK firm of accountants in a book keeping role.
Advanced knowledge of small businesses and current legislation.
VAT - preparation of returns and general advice
Management accounts - management, control and implementation of procedures
Advanced knowledge of Company Secretarial procedures and application in practice
