Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Prepare and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
    • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with senior leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
    • Support investment and cost-control initiatives with comprehensive financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) - OR - Qualified by experience
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of cost management and logistics-related financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing decision-making.
