6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is a small business enterprise who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work part-time in their office. This can be 2 or 3 days a week based role depending on candidate experience and requirements.
Main resonsibilities will include;
Payroll duties weekly and monthly. Processing P45 for leavers, new starters and year end accounting
Sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, bank reconciliation and processing contractors’ invoices.
P32 payments, Pension payments, Intermediaries report, submissions to HMRC quarterly for limited and umbrella companies.
VAT returns, reconciled VAT quarterly and arranging payments to HMRC
Other ad hoc duties.
