We are excited to be working with one of our lovely clients who are based in Watford and who are looking for a new Contracts Administrator to join their growing team!
They are looking for someone who is pro-active and who has a can-do attitude to provide administration support to customers and the engineering team!
Do you have contract renewals experience? Are you confident speaking with suppliers? Do you have customer service experience?
Contracts Administrator duties:
- Main point of contact for all contract renewals
- Produce renewal quotes
- Manage document change control
- Issue contract invoices
- Deal with any customer complaints
- Produce KPI reports
