Our client, a reputable Facilities company, is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities:

Reviewing Supply Chain details and identifying missing information
Administering requests for missing information and contacting Supply Chain via telephone to request updates
System and document management, including chasing outstanding information
Arranging and attending meetings, taking notes and drafting meeting minutes
Assisting with drafting orders for review when required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Self-motivated and quick learner
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to navigate and adapt to new systems easily
