About Our Client:
Join a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing and production sector! Our client is seeking a motivated Coordinator to support their Facilities team during a 12-month maternity cover. Based in Watford, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management. ??

Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key service providers for UK depots
- Engage with finance functions to promote energy and facilities best practises
- Conduct monthly review meetings with suppliers to address queries and projects
- Clarify company policies and provide cost details
- Resolve issues efficiently and promptly
- Analyse charges and supplier rates to ensure accuracy
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on incidents and costs
- Recommend supplier contracts while articulating benefits and risks
- Maintain data for trend analysis to mitigate costs across Fleet, Waste, Electricity, Gas, and Water
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience working at a coordinator level
- Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels
- Ability to advise senior managers on pricing and service quality
- Proficient in PC skills ???
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Focused on delivering first-class customer service
- Natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail
