As a Quality and Compliance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and other standards.
  • Preparing and executing internal, supplier, and external certification audits.
  • Managing non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Ensuring product compliance with international standards such as CE marking, REACH, and ROHS.
  • Collaborating with design, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed compliance throughout development and production.
  • Maintaining technical files and documentation for regulatory approvals.

About you:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks like CE, REACH, ROHS, or ISO (prior experience advantageous).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with QMS principles and auditing processes is a plus.
  • Interest in sustainability and compliance for new market entries.
