Your Role as a Quality & Compliance Engineer:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
- Conduct and manage internal, supplier, and external certification audits.
- Oversee non-conformance investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure product compliance with CE marking, REACH, ROHS, and other international standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to embed compliance into development and production processes.
- Maintain technical files and regulatory documentation to support global market entry.
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, CE marking, REACH, ROHS, or other regulatory frameworks (prior experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with QMS principles and auditing is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and compliance in emerging markets.
