Salary: £37000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

A RIBA chartered practice is looking for a Senior Architect with creative design flare to join their team in Watford. The team work on projects spanning the retail and residential sectors and provides services from initiation to completion. The practice has a collaborative approach that allows a client led design come to life.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have excellent design skills, alongside excellent technical abilities. You will be confident managing a small team and proficient using AutoCAD.
Responsibilities, Experience and Skills for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
- Confident liaising with clients and contractors
- Able to manage a small team
- Mentor junior team members
- Happy running projects from inception to completion
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Must be proficient using Revit
- Must live within a commutable distance of Watford
