Responsibilities: ????

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients broker portal and in house system to resolve queries.
  • Manage incoming queries generated via their website from mortgage brokers.
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with their broker partners and internal teams, including broker support, underwriting, and sales.
  • Updating and inputting data on spreadsheets and produce reports.
  • Provide assistance to brokers to maximise new business opportunities across the residential mortgage market.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): ??�?�?

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have mortgage industry experience.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software systems.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): �???

  • Knowledge of specialist lending products.
  • Previous experience in the finance industry.
  • Understanding of residential and second charge mortgage markets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
